Does it seem odd that, when watching videos on YouTube, the viewer can at times be subjected to many times more advertisements than when watching good old fashioned commercial television?
Not only can the video ads be annoying, but increasingly users skip through the ads or employ one of the many advertisement blocking systems available through the Internet. In particular, the rise of Ad Blocking programs was noted to reveal a serious problem in YouTube’s business model.
