Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores (NASDAQ:SHOS) is on the market for a new CEO. The company announced Monday that W. Bruce Johnson, its Chief Executive Officer and President, will exit the firm on August 1st.

Johnson will also depart from the company’s board of directors and will not stand for reelection at the annual stockholders meeting in May.

“The Board and I are very grateful for Bruce’s many contributions and efforts since the Company was separated from Sears Holdings Corporation in October 2012. We will miss Bruce’s strong leadership and insights,” William Harker, Chairman of the SHOS Board of Directors, said in a statement.
