A robot has killed a 22-year-old worker at a Volkswagen plant in Germany and blame for the incident is pointing at humans.
The man was working as part of a team in Baunatal, 62 miles north of Frankfurt, when a robot that picks up and configures auto parts grabbed the worker and pushed him against a metal plate, the Associated Press reported. The man later died from the injuries.
