The “Young Turk,” as Forbes magazine once anointed him, is at it again, buying a stake in one of the storied names in private equity. Okumus Fund Management, founded by Istanbul native Ahmet Okumus, has taken a significant stake in the publicly traded shares of Carlyle Group as he likes valuations after seeing the stock get "hammered."
