As Joe Biden gazes at Hillary Clinton sagging in the polls, and populists Bernie Sanders is emerging stronger alongside Donald Trump, now considered more of a probable rather than a long shot Republican nominee, Biden might think this is the year a strong centrist Democrat that is deeply tied to the Obama administration might find success. A key player on Wall Street appears to agree in this respect.
