As the NFL is broadcasting its first football game exclusively on Yahoo this weekend, the world of content distribution is rapidly evolving. For television content providers and distributors in particular it is quickly evolving, one that “for media incumbents” is a “potent cocktail that can quickly lead to value destruction,” a report from Citi predicts.
