Ban On 100 Dollar Bill? Count Larry Summers in.

As negative interest rates approach developed world economies, an odd correlation is occurring. Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Larry Summers is following calls in Europe to eliminate large demonetization paper currency, saying that such unsavory practices such as tax evasion and money laundering could be prevented. But are such damaging behaviors which have already occurred over digital transactions through large banks and going unpunished an issue as well?
